Rustic Ratatouille

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of Knorr Gourmet Rustic Ratatouille
- 225g peppers, sliced
- 175g courgette, sliced
- 100g broccoli, small florets
- 1tbsp vegetable oil
- 250ml water
Method
- Heat oil in large pan or wok and saute all vegetables for 5 minutes.
- Stir contents of pouch into 250ml cold water. Add to pan.
- Cover and simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
