Smoked Salmon Pate

Ingredients
- 100g finely sliced smoked salmon
- 200g low-fat cream cheese
- 1tsp lemon juice
- 2–3 drops Knorr Vegetable Touch of Taste
- 1tbsp chopped parsley
- Freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Place the smoked salmon and cream cheese in a food processor and blend until thoroughly mixed.
- Season the pate by adding in the lemon juice, Knorr Vegetable Touch of Taste, parsley and freshly ground black pepper. Blend again to mix well.
- Transfer to a serving dish, cover and chill until serving. Use within 2 days.
