Ingredients
- 1 Sachet of Knorr Gourmet Moments Oriental Stir-fry Chicken
- 350g (12oz) chicken breast, cut into strips
- 250g (9oz) brown mushrooms, quartered
- 200g (7oz) fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
- 150g (5oz) red pepper, diced
- 350ml (12fl oz) water
- 2tbsps vegetable oil
- White rice
Method
- Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken for 3–4 minutes or until browned. Place to one side on a separate plate.
- Then fry the pepper and the mushrooms.
- Pour in the water and add the contents of the sachet; stir thoroughly.
- Add the broccoli florets and simmer for 8 minutes, then add your meat back into the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes, until chicken is thoroughly heated through.
- Serve with rice.
