Ingredients
- 840ml hot water
- 2 onions, chopped and fried until softened and lightly browned
- Roasting juices from the roast chicken
- 2 Knorr Chicken Gravy Pots
Method
- Place the hot water in a saucepan and heat through.
- Add in the fried onions, whisking together, and the roasting juices and any sediment from the roast chicken roasting tin.
- Add the Knorr Chicken Gravy Pots to the hot water mixture and dissolve, whisking so that they mix in thoroughly.
- Simmer for a further 3–4 minutes, stirring, until slightly thickened. Serve at once.
