Creamy Wild Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients
- 350g chicken breast
- 150g wild mushrooms
- 100ml single cream
- 150ml water
- 50g grated cheese
- 1 Packet Knorr Gourmet Wild Mushroom Chicken
- White rice, chopped chives
Method
- Cut chicken into thin slices.
- Clean mushrooms and if large cut in half.
- Place chicken and mushrooms together in a suitable casserole dish.
- Blend the powder with the cream and water and pour it evenly over the ingredients.
- Sprinkle with the cheese and bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan) for approx. 30 minutes.
