Chip shop curry quick sauce

There’s something oh-so tasty about the tangy curry sauce sat on the chip shop counter. That’s why we decided to recreate this naughty-but-nice condiment for dinner times at home – now you can enjoy it on your oven chips, any time of the week. And it’s not called quick for nothing, simply pour on boiling water, stir and leave for one minute before serving.

  • No artificial colours
  • No added MSG
  • Suitable for vegetarians
  • Without artificial flavour enhancer

PREPARATION

  1. Empty contents of sachet onto a jug.
  2. Add 150ml of boiling water (approx 3/4 of a mug).
  3. Stir well for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Allow to stand for 1 minutes and serve.
