The heat and spiciness of this golden curry sauce is contrasted by sweetly fruity and tangy notes of apple, lemon juice and raisins. Enjoy with meat or veg and scoop up on naan bread.

PREPARATION

To cook on the hob:
  1. Blend contents of the pack with 570ml of cold water in a saucepan. 
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. 
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occassionally.

To microwave:
  1. Using a microwavable container, blend contents of the pack with 570ml of cold water. 
  2. Cover and heat for 8-10 minutes (650W), stirring at 1 minute intervals.
