This delicately spiced sauce flecked with finely chopped parsley is mild but flavoursome. Delicious served as a dip for fishcakes, poured over white fish or dolloped beside a mound of smooth mashed potato.

PREPARATION
To cook on the hob:
To microwave:
- Blend contents of the pack with 570ml of cold milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
To microwave:
- Using a microwaveable container, blend the contents of the pack with 570ml of cold milk.
- Cover and heat for 8-10 minutes (650W), stirring at 1 minute intervals.
