Our talented chefs have taken Emmental, Cheddar, Gouda and Camembert to create the ultimate cheese sauce. Supremely versatile, it can serve as a tempting topping on pasta bake, spread thickly between layers of lasagne or smothered over cauliflower.

PREPARATION

To cook on the hob:
  1. Blend contents of the pack with 300ml of cold milk in a saucepan. 
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly. 
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

To microwave:
  1. Using a microwaveable container, blend contents of the pack with 300ml of cold milk. 
  2. Cover and heat for 4-5 minutes (650W), stirring at 1 minute intervals.
