Bringing together cayenne pepper, green peppercorns and spices with cream, this full-bodied sauce is fiery and velvety in equal measure. Ideal with chicken, beef or pork.

PREPARATION
- Blend contents of the pack with 125ml of water and 125ml of cold milk in a saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
