Bringing together cayenne pepper, green peppercorns and spices with cream, this full-bodied sauce is fiery and velvety in equal measure. Ideal with chicken, beef or pork.

PREPARATION

  1. Blend contents of the pack with 125ml of water and 125ml of cold milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
