Delicious with steak, pork or lamb chops, this rich sauce with ground green peppercorns is medium hot and creamy. Ready in moments, simply whisk together the dry ingredients with water, then bring to the boil in a saucepan and simmer. After three minutes, drizzle over your dish and devour.

PREPARATION

  1. Blend contents of the pack with 250ml of water in a saucepan. 
  2. Bring to the boil stirring constantly. 
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
