Cream of vegetable with tarragon

Asparagus, courgette, spring onion, carrot… the cream of the crop come together in this indulgent vegetable soup, finished with a swirl of crème fraiche and pinch of lively tarragon.

PREPARATION

  1. Bring 570ml (1 pint) of water to the boil.
  2. Empty contents of the sachet into the boiling water. Stir well with a whisk or fork.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
