Savour the deep earthy notes of wild boletus mushrooms, hand-picked from the forest floor. Our Knorr chefs add a dash of balsamic vinegar for sweet, sharp notes and spring onion for another layer of taste.

PREPARATION

  1. Bring 570ml (1 pint) of water to the boil.
  2. Empty contents of the sachet into the boiling water. Stir well with a whisk or fork.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
