Inspired by the hearty meals dished up by farming families since time immemorial, this rustic vegetable soup is a delicious, traditional taste for your table.

PREPARATION

  1. Empty contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
  2. Gradually add 1.5 litres (2.5 pints) of cold water, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
