Family Packet Soup
Oxtail
A real Irish favourite, Knorr Oxtail soup packs a rich, beefy punch – and best of all, it’s ready in just five minutes. Simply tip the sachet into a pan, bring to the boil with a measure of water, simmer then serve with a chunk of crusty bread for dipping.

PREPARATION
- Empty contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
- Gradually add 1 1/2L (2 1/2pts) of cold water, stirring constantly.
- Bring to the boil, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy!
