Cream of chicken

Introducing the crème de la crème of chicken soup – perfect when you want to indulge. Simply empty one sachet into a saucepan and warm through with water and milk – why not use a splash of blue-top for an even richer result?

PREPARATION

  1. Empty contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
  2. Gradually add 140ml (1/4 pt) of cold milk and 430ml (3/4 pt) of cold water, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
