Minestrone

Full of good things, our traditional Minestrone is a feast of flavour and melt-in-the-mouth pasta. It’s so tasty, you’re sure to polish off every bowl with authentic Italian gusto.

PREPARATION

  1. Empty contents of the sachet into a saucepan.
  2. Gradually add 850ml (1 1/2pts) of cold water, stirring constantly.
  3. Bring to the boil, reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
