Potato, Leek and Bacon Soup

To create another Irish classic, we’ve taken the sustainably sourced leeks and potatoes and combined them with smoky bacon. Next, we enlivened the soup with suitable touches of garlic, herbs and a dash of balsamic vinegar to create a deliciously rich and satisfying soup, that's kept fresh in our specially designed Knorr pouch.

PREPARATION

To cook on the hob (for the best results):

  1. Pour contents into a saucepan.
  2. Heat gently, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once piping hot, serve and enjoy!


To microwave:

  1. Place the soup in a microwaveable bowl and cover with cling film. Pierce top a few times.
  2. Cook on full power for 3½ minutes.
  3. Stand for a few seconds, stir well, serve and enjoy.
