My instant marinade works for all meat and fish


What I like to season with is a Knorr Stock Cube rather than salt and pepper, as I think you get a better flavour. Make a paste by taking the Knorr Stock Cube, and in a bowl, add a bit of olive oil and just break it down. If you are doing lamb, you could add rosemary and crushed garlic to the paste. With chicken, you could add thyme and lemon. Then just rub it onto the meat and coat it evenly. The stock cube will also help to caramelise the meat, intensifying the flavours.
