Terms & Conditions Knorr Rich & Hearty Money Back Guarantee
- This Money Back Guarantee is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (Excluding mainland UK) aged 18 plus except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Guarantee.
- To take up the Money Back Guarantee, purchase a Knorr Rich & Hearty Cream of Chicken Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Classic Beef & Potato Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Wild Mushroom Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Lentil & Bacon Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Potato, Leek & Bacon Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Chicken and Pasta Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Spicy Tomato Soup, Knorr Rich & Hearty Vegetable with Pasta Soup between the 27th of July 2015 and 30th of April 2016. IMPORTANT: you must retain your original dated, itemised till receipt.
- The Money Back Guarantee is not valid for Knorr Special recipe pouch soups (All variants), Knorr Gourmet Moments Pouch Soup (All Variants) Other Knorr Soup products are also not included in this promotion.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality or taste of the new Knorr Rich & Hearty (eight variants mentioned in paragraphs 2), you are entitled to claim the cost of your Product back, up to the maximum value of £2.50 in the Northern Ireland or €3.00 in Republic Of Ireland.
- To take up the Money Back Guarantee please write your name and address on a plain piece of paper and describe in a minimum of 25 words why you were not satisfied with the quality and taste of Knorr Rich & Hearty Soups. Please send it within 28 days of the date of purchase, together with your original dated, itemised till receipt to Knorr Rich & Hearty Money Back Guarantee, FREEPOST, PO Box 11430, Dublin 15 for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland residents. For the avoidance of doubt, the Money Back Guarantee cannot be claimed via any retailer.
- The Money Back Guarantee is limited to one claim per household of one Product only.
- No photocopies will be accepted. No claims from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible claims or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted. One claim per stamped envelope.
- Closing date for receipt of claim for Money Back Guarantee is 30th April 2016.
- Responsibility is not accepted for claims lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Claims (including receipts) will become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
- Each valid claim will receive a cheque to the value of the Product as stated on the original receipt (but not exceeding £2.50 for Northern Ireland residents or €3.00 for Republic of Ireland residents). The cheque will be sent within 28 days of receipt of your claim.
- By entering the Money Back Guarantee, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Guarantee and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
- As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. As concerns Irish residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- Consumers’ statutory rights remain unaffected.
